Today im start to loss my weight on tuesday 22/3/2011 and i give my self 300 days to loss weight.. In early morning im does skipping, eaten chicken rice in lunch and dinner 6.00 p.m. just now,i eaten coslow and some nugget... ok or not? i will improve my self day by day. aaaaggghhh..... ak da tanm smangat dan azam nk kuruskan badan.. x leh berputus ase.. Caiy00Kkk!!!!!.........
ada x tips lagi nak kuruskan badan????? korang...... bagi la kat ak....
